UNITANK will use your personal data as defined in Section 3(1) of the Federal Data Protection Act, i.e. individual pieces of information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual, which according to the current case law also includes the IP address, exclusively for contract processing as well as for technical administration. Your personal data will only be disclosed to a third party if this is necessary for contract processing and for invoicing purposes or if you have expressly consented to this beforehand.
